2.原三房朝南，改两房朝南，利用北阳台和部分原客厅空间形成次卧，另外一部分原客厅空间设置书桌和书柜，形成学习区。原次卧打通之后，客餐厅扩大，整个公共区域形成，南北通透，采光也得到很大的改善。客厅、餐厅、开发书房完美组合，增加空间的互动性
3.次卧放置钢琴，可作单独的琴房，同时设置榻榻米，满足临时客房的需求
